The funeral of the Rev. Mr McLean took place yesterday. The company met at Penninghame Church at 10 AM. The Rev. Dr Charles conducted the service in the church, reading suitable portions of scripture, and offered up prayer. The company then proceeded to the manse, where the coffin was placed in the hearse and conveyed to the station for removal to Edinburgh. The burial took place at the Dean Cemetery in that city in the afternoon.
