George THE THIRD, by the Grace of GOD, of GREAT BRITAIN, FRANCE, and IRELAND KING,
Defender of the Faith, and so forth To all to whom these Presents shall come, GREETING:
KNOW ye, that We, of our special Grace, certain Knowledge, and mere Motion, have given
and granted, and by these Presents, for Us our Heirs and Successors, do give and grant
to the Honorable Isaac Allen Esquire, Godfrey Wort, William Bellisle, and Robert Hartt,
Isaac Fuller, Daniel Jouett, valentine Harding, Robert Lawson, Solomon Perley, Asa Perley
Junior, Humphrey Pickard, Thomas McCray, Ezra Day, Samuel Hearsay Senior, James Gullision,
Stephen Gullison junior, and Jesse Christy in severalty and to each of them and in severalty
unto their respective Heirs and Assigns twenty-four several lots or plantations containing in
the whole five thousand and seventy-five acres more or less with the usual allowance of ten
percent for roads and waste, the said twenty-four lots being comprehended within a Tract of
Land situate Lying and being on the Mactuquack Creek which discharges into the River Saint
John on its northeasterly side, within the parish of Queensbury in the County of York and
abutted and bounded as follows, to wit:
